1st Quarter Knowledge
If you do something for 23 years, does that mean your skilled in whatever it is that you do?
That’s one of the many questions I’ve asked myself over the last year. The transition from lifetime athlete to first time everyday citizen is a massive change in lifestyle. Not knowing what I wanted to do with my life I believe I’ve fallen back on to key foundations of knowledge that I have built throughout the 1st Quarter of my life.
Now when you reach this fork in the road, you have two ways to go. The first is the easy way out. Just get a job, live for the weekend and most likely have dreams and goals that were never reached. The second is the road less traveled. This is where dreams and goals are at center stage. This path isn’t easy, it’s not sexy, and it’s not quick! Only people with qualities such as patience, self awareness, and persistence have the chance to reach their dreams and goals!
Given my past, I understand what it takes to reach my dreams and goals. Stop thinking and start doing. It’s as simple as that and I’m now on my journey. The first step for me is what I call my 1st Quarter Knowledge. Using Facebook I review and build my foundation of knowledge to create leverage to my personal brand. It’s not easy. If it were easy, everyone would do it.
